WAGE$ Florida - This Program is an education-based salary supplement(s) for lower paid
childcare teachers who want to continue or further their education while remaining
employed at their current employer.

This program is currently being offered to teachers/instructors working with Manatee
County children ages birth to five, in programs receiving school readiness funding.

Training Incentive Point (T.I.P.) Program- This innovative program gives child care
providers an opportunity to earn "cumulative points" as directors and staff receive ongoing
training and education beyond the minimum licensing requirements. These points are then
redeemed for developmentally appropriate materials that the Coalition has purchased.

This program is currently being offered to teachers/instructors working with Manatee
County children ages 0-5, in programs receiving school readiness funding.
